How long is processing, shipping, and handling? 
Our standard processing time for all orders is 2 to 4 business days. Standard shipping is  3 to 5 business days (depending on your location). This excludes the 2 to 4 business days for processing.

Does my billing and shipping address have to match?

In order to place an order your billing address and shipping address must be the same.  Signature delivery confirmation is required for ALL orders.

 

When will I receive my tracking number? 
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

Can I make changes to my order? 
To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

May I return my order?
Due to the nature of our product, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.

Can I pick up hair from the salon?

Only clients with scheduled appointments can have hair available for pickup/install.  Clients must place an order for hair at least 7 days prior to appointment.
